Founded in 2007 by partners Ryan Altizer and Eddie Eusepi, Icon has a track record of developing and executing programs, promotions and partnerships that grab the public’s attention and leave a lasting legacy on the community.
Ryan Altizer

Ryan Altizer has spent two decades in the sport management and marketing fields, having previously worked in both professional and collegiate athletics and live entertainment before co-founding Icon 10 years ago. After starting his career in public relations, Ryan moved on to marketing and sponsorship with the Nashville Kats and Tennessee Titans organizations, as well as the Ohio Valley Conference and Live Nation. Ryan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee, and his primary areas of expertise include charity development and administration, public relations and sponsorship activation.
Eddie Eusepi

Eddie Eusepi has nearly 20 years of experience in the sports industry, including experience with both minor and major league franchises. Prior to co-founding Icon, Eddie most recently worked for the Dallas Cowboys in marketing and game entertainment. Eddie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Belmont University and his primary areas of expertise include marketing, sponsorship and endorsement sales and acquisition, sponsorship and marketing activation and event management.
