PARTNERING ATHLETES WITH UNITEDHEALTHCARE ON COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

Icon has worked with UnitedHealthcare in numerous markets across the country to build impactful and attention-grabbing community partnerships with prominent pro athletes.

The partnerships have helped thousands of children lead healthier lives and built programs that have gained widespread attention from the media and community leaders.

In each city where we partner, Icon pairs a respected and high-profile athlete’s foundation with UnitedHealthcare to adopt a local school or after-school club, providing the kids there with bags of nutritious foods to take home each weekend and a renovated activity space (like a playground, soccer field or sports court) where they can stay active.

Each partnership is launched with a media and volunteer event with the athlete at the school or club, giving UnitedHealthcare a great way to showcase its efforts to promote healthier families.

Currently, Icon works with UnitedHealthcare on programs in New York, Chicago, Green Bay, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Seattle and Tampa, among others.
